Programs

The College Incentive Grants Committee provides funding for scholarships and other types of college-related expenses.

The Community Grants Committee accepts applications for assistance each spring from non-profits that serve children in the county. The committee makes a determination as to what requests will be awarded. The decision is based on quality of the application, the program, and the need for the request.

The Camp Awards Committee accepts applications for assistance each spring from non-profits that serve children in the county. The committee makes a determination as to what camp programs are awarded. The decision is based on quality of the application, the program, and the need for the request.

The Discretionary Funds Committee meets the specific needs of children who have a financial need on a case-by-case scenario. This includes purchasing seasonal clothing, school supplies, paying for dental and medical bills, special adaptive equipment and other life necessities. To request funds, a social worker, service coordinator, case manager, physician, school nurse, therapist, teacher, counselor, etc. must submit a written request on letterhead that describes the need(s) of the child.

We understand that needs may arise at any time. To that end, we consider organizational and individual requests outside of our grant deadline parameters, as well as requests for emergency grants. Click here for more information and an application. Funds may be available on a rolling basis.
